		<description>I think it might but trees take long time to grow so essential to have a very good future harvest guarantee. I know of at least one small sustainable logging operation that has been working the same few hundred acres for 50+ years and can continue indefinitely</description>

		<description>Interesting.  Could this theory be applied to forestry as well?  Travelling further and further afield to obtain timber as stocks are depleted must be costing the lumbering industry a lot of $.</description>
