Somone mentioned to me the  other day that somebody should build a model polar city in say, Longyearbyen, Norway, as a kind of tourist attraction / musuem to educate people about global warming and use the concept of polar cities as a dire warning that things could get real bad if we don&#039;t cure what ails Earth NOW! Something like Biosphere 3, but call it PolarSphere 1..... just a pipedream. But might be a good way of harnassiong tourism to educate people.....]]></description>
